Beginners Painting Workshop - Te Whare o Rehua Sarjeant Gallery
We're running our first beginners painting workshop this month at the famous Te Whare o Rehua Sarjeant Gallery in Whanganui.
If you play Dungeons and Dragons or tabletop games and want to learn how to bring your figures to life this will be the class for you.
This session will introduce you to painting miniatures, you will learn about technique, acrylic paints and the types of brushes that are good to use. You will be painting a 32mm sized figure designed by One Page Rules called a Saurian Gecko Psycher. This futuristic lizard will give you a blank canvas to learn how easy it is to begin miniature painting. The example provided shows what we can do together in a short 2 hour workshop.
All equipment will be provided including paints, brushes and a miniature.
When: Thursday 24th of April, 2025
Where: in the classroom; Te Whare o Rehua Sarjeant Gallery, 4 Pukenamu Drive
Time: 2-4pm
Cost: $30 per person (includes figuirine and materials)
Age: suitable for 12-18 year olds.

Painting Workshop - Hobby Lords Palmerston North
This month we're returning to Hobby Lords in Palmerston North for an evening painting workshop. We're being supported by One Page Rules and will have prints of their Saurian Gecko Psycher to paint. As always we have a large selection of The Army Painter paints and brushes from Da Vinci Defet.
